Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the lighting last without electricity?
The operation duration depends on the chosen lighting mode: in economical mode (30 LED) the lighting will work up to 12 hours, in medium mode (60 LED) up to 7 hours, and in powerful mode (120 LED) up to 5 hours.
Does the device turn on by itself when there is a power outage?
Yes, the device includes an automatic ignition mechanism that kicks into action immediately upon detection of a disconnection in the power flow, provided it is connected to the outlet in working mode.
What is the advantage of the 45-degree hanging mechanism?
This mechanism allows for tilting the light body so that the light will be directed to the center of the space and not just downwards, which creates better utilization of the light and wider area coverage.
How is the battery maintained over time?
The product includes a built-in protection mechanism that prevents overcharging when the battery is full and deep discharge that could damage the cells, ensuring durability over years.
Important to know: Installation of the lighting fixture should be carried out according to the electrical infrastructure and safety regulations. It is recommended to perform installation via a qualified electrician.
