Description
Easy and Precise Threading in Complex and Narrow Passages
OMEGA HERO Stalband is a 4.5 mm diameter braided polyester pulling tape designed for efficient cable threading inside pipes and infrastructures. The unique braided structure gives high flexibility alongside structural strength, allowing smooth work even in difficult passages and challenging curves without fear of folding or breaking the tape.
Low Friction Technology for Fast Work
The pulling tape features a particularly low friction level with the pipe interior, a property that reduces the effort required during threading and prevents snags in long passages. Using high-quality polyester ensures long-term durability and maintains the tape's shape even in intensive use at the job site, making it an essential working tool for electricians and communication infrastructure installers.
Ergonomic Grip and Smart Cable Extraction
The product combines rubber for comfortable pulling that prevents hand slippage and allows controlled and safe force application. Additionally, the stalband is equipped with a Buncher cable puller, an accessory that facilitates tying cables to the tape end and extracting them from the other side of the pipe quickly and with minimum effort.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the advantage of a polyester pulling tape compared to nylon?
Braided polyester offers a combination of higher tensile strength and flexibility allowing it to return to its original shape without twisting or breaking, unlike nylon which might deform in difficult passages.
Is the product suitable for particularly narrow pipes?
Yes, the 4.5 mm diameter together with the low friction coefficient make it ideal for threading in crowded pipes where maximum passing capability is needed.
What is a Buncher cable puller?
It is an end accessory installed on the stalband allowing fast and safe connection of electrical conductors or cables to the pulling tape, so they do not disconnect during pulling inside the pipe.
How does the pulling rubber assist in work?
The rubber provides a high-friction surface for the user's hand, allowing the tape to be pulled with more force without the hand slipping, even in wet or dirty conditions.
