Wide Light Distribution in a Clean Recessed Look
The SUN recessed ceiling light is a lighting solution featuring an elegant, flat black design. Combining a luminous flux of 1350 lumens, a 90° beam angle, and CCT technology for selectable color temperature, it is ideal for creating clean, central illumination in indoor spaces. At 15W with integrated LED lighting, it offers general illumination alongside a subtle ceiling presence. The recessed structure allows the lighting to integrate into the overall look of the space without becoming a pendant element in the center.
Black Finish Blending into Ceiling Design
The body is made of die-cast aluminum with a plastic cover, and the black finish blends into plaster ceilings and monochromatic designs. The flat structure suits a modern look, while the wide beam angle helps disperse light rather than providing just a focused point. This combination is suitable for living rooms, kitchens, offices, as well as corridors and showrooms where general illumination is required. When planning installation, it is important to distinguish between the body diameter and the cutout diameter to match the ceiling opening to the dimensions detailed below.
Selecting Lighting Character by Space Use
CCT technology allows for selecting a variable light tone according to need: from warm lighting for a relaxed atmosphere to bright light for work and display. This allows the character of the illumination to be adapted to the room's use, not just its design. The integrated Epistar 2835 SMD LED lighting operates alongside a built-in LIFUD driver, eliminating the need to purchase a separate bulb. The color tone selection refers to the light's character, while the power rating of the fixture is 15W.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the fixture suitable for general illumination or focused lighting?
The 90° beam angle provides a relatively wide light distribution, making the fixture suitable for general illumination rather than just highlighting a specific point. The 1350 lumens flux is another factor to consider when planning space lighting.
What does CCT technology enable?
CCT technology allows selecting a variable light tone according to the room's use. The selection ranges from warm lighting for a relaxed atmosphere to bright light for work and display.
Do I need to buy a bulb separately?
No, the fixture includes integrated Epistar 2835 SMD LED lighting, so there is no need to purchase a separate bulb. Additionally, it includes an integrated LIFUD driver as part of the lighting system.
What dimensions should be checked before installation?
The fixture dimensions are 178 mm diameter and 45 mm height, while the required cutout is 155 mm diameter. Check the opening compatibility, the ceiling installation depth, and the power point location before proceeding with installation.
Can the fixture be installed in a bathroom?
The IP44 protection rating allows use in protected indoor areas according to installation conditions. In a bathroom, it is suitable for dry and protected areas only, away from direct moisture and without direct exposure to water.
What is the difference between the warranty period and the specified lifespan?
The product warranty period is 5 years. The separately specified lifespan is up to 30,000 working hours and does not constitute an extension of the warranty period.
Important to know: Installation of the light fixture must be carried out in accordance with electrical infrastructure and safety regulations. Installation by a certified electrician is recommended.
